About PAM
What is PAM?
We, the founders of PAM (see editor team), are convinced that an agile transformation significantly improves the performance of an organization. We understand this transformation process from a holistic point of view: methodology, organization development and leadership must play together.
PAM provides a platform for open, pluralistic and professional dialogue about this interplay. Due to its holistic approach, PAM addresses a lot of experts, especially
- the management perspective (line management)
- project management (in the classical sense)
- the agile approach (team)
- the development of the organization (Human Resources (HR) & Organizational Development (OD))
Why PAM?
Within the complex network of these experts, PAM serves as a platform:
- to provide and receive practice-oriented impulses for the agile transformation of your business processes (for details see “dialogue”)
- to publish tools, research and discussion that can be of value for this transformation (see “tools and projects”)
- to offer tailor-made training to support leadership and change management (for details see “services”)
- to actively take part in the further development of this platform by contributing comments or articles (for details see “how to contribute”)
